The Incredibles: Dark Knights is a crossover comic book between The Incredibles and Batman, and takes place in an alternate universe in the year of 2014 where Batman and Tim Drake [the 3rd Robin] travel to the home town of The Incredibles, Metroville, to stop a growing plot between The Joker and The Underminer. Several characters from different games and TV shows appear in this comic, but some not until the end, like characters from The Walking Dead like Lee Everett or his adopted daughter, Clementine, but this is an alternate universe where The Walking Dead zombie apocalypse NEVER even happened.
Bruce Wayne/Batman - A multi-billionaire and the secret crime fighter, Batman. His parents were gunned down when he was 8 years old and he dedicates his life to fighting crime.
Tim Drake/Robin - The 16 year old ward to Batman who helps him and The Incredibles take down the Underminer, and he eventually starts a relationship with a 15 year old Violet Parr.
Dashiell Robert Parr/Dash - The 11 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, and younger brother Violet Parr, his power is superspeed.
Violet Parr/Invisigirl - The 15 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Incredible and Robin's girlfriend, her power is invisibility and force field generation.
Lee Everett - The protagonist of The Walking Dead game series and the adoptive father of Clementine. In this universe, the apocalypse never even happened.
It starts off in Metroville, USA where Batman and Robin are overlooking the city, and they hear a police radio saying that Bomb Voyage is going to rob a bank. They go there in the Batwing, and unbeknownst to them, The Incredibles are fighting Bomb Voyage inside.
