Jack Ryder was a news reporter in Gotham City. One night when doing a report about the 7th anniversery of when Jack Napier became The Joker . The Joker pushed Jack in a vat of chemicals. Jack later emerged from the sewers with green hair, yellow skin and an insane mind. He later stole some strange clothes from the mall. This became his costume.
